Kalkan’s historic Old Town, picturesque harbour and extensive choice of restaurants, cafés and shops can be reached in less than five minutes by car or taxi. The walk into town takes approximately 20 minutes and is uphill from the villa.
The ground floor is arranged around a bright semi-open-plan kitchen and living area with direct access onto the pool terrace. The spacious lounge includes two sofas, an armchair, satellite television and air conditioning, while an open fireplace creates an inviting focal point and adds character for use during the cooler months.
