Villa Lavanta 1
Villa Lavanta 1 is an attractive single-storey timber residence offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms and comfortable accommodation for up to four people. Its sheltered garden, private pool and well-equipped outdoor areas create a relaxed and highly private setting.
The interior is arranged around a bright open-plan living space combining the lounge, dining area and contemporary American-style kitchen. The living room includes comfortable seating, television and air conditioning, with direct access onto the pool terrace creating a natural connection between the interior and garden.
Designed for practical everyday use, the kitchen is equipped with a built-in oven, four-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, sandwich maker and electric kettle. A dining area for four completes the principal living space.
