Surrounded by the green countryside of İslamlar, Villa Selin is an individually designed three-bedroom residence offering panoramic views towards the Patara coastline and an exceptional range of private leisure facilities. Situated approximately 10 km from Kalkan, the villa combines a peaceful rural setting with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a sheltered pool, a separate children’s pool and a private indoor plunge pool.

The room also contains a private indoor plunge pool measuring approximately 3 metres by 3 metres, with a depth of around 1 metre. The pool incorporates heating capability, a jet-stream system and a Jacuzzi function, creating a substantial year-round leisure feature within the bedroom suite.
Outside, the villa is centred around a private infinity swimming pool measuring approximately 11 metres by 3.7 metres, with a depth of around 1.5 metres. A waterfall feature adds movement and character to the pool area, while a separate children’s pool provides an additional family-friendly facility.
An outdoor dining area and barbecue provide space for al fresco meals, while table tennis and table football add further recreational options. The scale and arrangement of the garden allow for several separate areas in which to dine, relax or enjoy the surroundings without the outdoor space feeling crowded.
