Occupying an elevated position between Kalkan Old Town and Kalamar Bay, Villa Ufuk is an expansive six-bedroom residence combining panoramic Mediterranean views with generous contemporary interiors and an exceptional range of private leisure facilities.
Recently renovated and arranged over four levels, the villa has been designed to maximise its outlook across Kalkan Bay. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, extensive sea-view balconies and a substantial infinity-pool terrace allow the surrounding landscape to remain a constant feature throughout the property. Despite its elevated setting, Kalkan’s town centre, harbour, restaurants, shops, beach clubs and everyday amenities can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes on foot.
The principal living accommodation occupies the ground floor, where a spacious open-plan arrangement brings together the kitchen, dining area and lounge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, a safe, ironing facilities and hair dryers add to the practical specification. Access from the entrance to the principal pool terrace involves approximately 35 steps, reflecting the hillside position that gives the villa its commanding outlook.
The villa is located in Ortaalan, one of Kalkan’s most established and convenient residential areas. Positioned between the historic Old Town and Kalamar Bay, it offers a quieter and more spacious setting than the centre while retaining straightforward access to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, beaches and beach clubs.
Dalaman International Airport is the nearest airport and can typically be reached in approximately 90 minutes by car.
