About Book Kalkan
Kalkan'da
küçük bir firma.
Matt & Co Property are not a chain. We buy here, we build here, and we care about every home we work with. Based in Kalkan, we are a small, hands-on team working across property sales, holiday rentals, construction, renovation and maintenance through our three trading names: Buy Kalkan, Book Kalkan and Build Kalkan.
Üç marka. Çok küçük tek bir ekip. Yerel, güvenilir ve her işle bizzat ilgilenen.
Nasıl Çalışıyoruz
Fewer villas,
known properly.
We list fewer villas than many rental agencies in Kalkan because we only take on homes we genuinely believe in. Every villa is visited, every owner is known personally, and nothing appears on our site until we've checked the details a guest is likely to care about — the beds, the pool, the walk to town, the wifi.
When you book with Book Kalkan you deal with the same small team from enquiry to check-out. We're in Kalkan year-round, so if anything needs attention during your stay, someone who knows the villa is minutes away — not a call centre.
Book Kalkan is the holiday-rental side of Matt & Co. When a Buy Kalkan owner wants to let their property for a few weeks each year, we manage the villa to the same standard we'd expect ourselves. From buying, to building, to booking, everything stays connected within the same small family team.
